In 6th grade English, students will:

Memorize and recite a poem once a month. Guidelines for poems are at http://www.dmturner.org/English/Poetry/index.html

Write assignments down and do all homework. Assignments are also available from the office or at http://www.dmturner.org/English/Assignments/index.html

Review for quizzes.

Do all the assigned reading.Write in your own words. Guidelines are at http://www.dmturner.org/English/Writing/plagiar.html

Always have a "Plan B" when things don't work according to the first plan.
